fishing report for 2-26-2019

not many if anyone was out fishing yesterday, ice reports that I received were that the shore ice around booth road held up but if there was a crack anyplace that you crossed it is now open water after the wind storm we had here, drove by Tawas and it seams to held together up there so might be an area for people to try and fish. booth rd. you can still get out into 10 to 12 foot of water which is where we were catching walleye before the storm. augre river still has around 6 inches of ice on it so getting to the pike hole is shouldn't be a problem, but with all the changes in ice conditions spud your way out be smart and careful out there. if it doesn't look right it probably isn't.
