fishing report for 4-8-2019

fishing has been getting better and better in the augres area, it was a great weekend for everyone even though the walleye fishing was a little slow it was a great time to be able to get out on the boats and work the winter kinks out of them, there were reports of walleye being caught from Saginaw river to Tawas area, even though there is still some floating ice in Tawas, those fishing for suckers had a phenomenal weekend with everyone having fun catching them, in almost every one of our local rivers, there were walleye caught in the rivers but please remember that they are only legal to keep after the last Saturday of the April. as always be safe and have fun.
